focus our attention on we draw more into our lives. Join Dennis Merritt Jones for a day of
mindfulness practices and various meditation techniques, learning how to focus on
what's good, beginning with the most amazing and precious gift you have ever been
given--life itself. Spend the entire day gazing into the mystery and miracle of your
life...you'll be amazed how learning these simple practices will alter your perception of
life in the most positive ways.
