It is my pleasure to offer you this Gratitude Journal as a free download. I invite you to use this Journal for the next thirty days to record all the obvious things you have to be grateful for, as well as those that may not readily rise to the top of your awareness. I am particularly fond of Thich Nhat Hanh's admonishment to be thankful for a non-toothache. We often overlook, and take for granted, simple everyday things such as the electricity in our home, the ability to witness a sunset, to hear the laughter of children, and so on.

If you use the Journal for thirty days, you will discover that you will have deeply seeded within your consciousness the good already existing in your life and the seeds for new and expanded good in your future.
